Jamie Walker has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, more than 20 years focused on developing, implementing and maintaining state-wide child support systems. Jamie is the Managing Director of Accenture's North America Child Support industry. Ms. Walker drives Accenture’s investment priorities to implement innovative solutions to improve the service provided to children and their families. She was instrumental in creating the Foundation for Accenture Child Support Enforcement Solutions (FACSES) which provides a repository of purpose-built child support application components to jumpstart a state’s modernization efforts. She has also created a child support artificial intelligence solution, "Barry the Bot" to help parents get to a right-sized child support obligation to support their families.
Ms. Walker holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Virginia; McIntire School of Commerce with concentrations in Marketing and Management Information Systems. Ms. Walker is a member of the National Child Support Enforcement Association, the Michigan Council of Women in Technology, the Texas Association of Governmental Information Technology Managers and the Technology Association of Georgia. When she’s not building out new child support innovation, she’s probably at her lake house in southwest Virginia with her husband and boxer Remington.
